Carlos Victor Mayo, born on March 13, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Carlos was a man whose vibrant personality left an indelible mark on those who knew him. His rambunctious laughter was impossible to ignore and it was the soundtrack to many happy memories for those that knew him. He was a man with a distinct sense of style that reflected his unique character and zest for life. He took pride in his appearance and kept a close eye on the latest trends, specifically when it came to his love of sneakers.He found joy in simple pleasures, such as cars, riding bikes, and fishing—hobbies that brought him peace and connection to the world around him.

Carlos predeceased by his parents Dorothy and Charles Mayo; his son Cornelius; and brothers Robert and Alan. He is survived by his loving children: son Carlos Jr and daughters Kenya and Carleisha . He is also remembered by his siblings Hassan, Sharon W., Jesse, Phil, Kim, Charles Jr., Philip M., Sharon S., and Staci; as well as his uncles Otto., Ronald and aunts Estelle., Shirley. As well as his long time companion Crystal and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Carlos’ memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May his laughter continue to echo in their lives as a source of comfort and joy.
