He was born on December 27, 1972, in the picturesque Nogales Coneto De Comonfort in Durango, Mexico. The world lost a remarkable soul on July 18, 2025, as Eleazar passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in Columbus, Ohio.
Eleazar was renowned for his unwavering dedication and skill in his career as a mason, a vocation he practiced with great pride in Columbus, Ohio. His work was not merely a job, but a testament to his diligence and craftsmanship, leaving an indelible mark on the community he served.
Those who were blessed to know Eleazar were touched by his vivacious spirit. He was a hard worker, a good person, and exuded warmth and affection toward all who crossed his path. His personality was a tapestry woven with joy and camaraderie, as he thrived in the company of family and friends. Eleazar derived immense pleasure from hosting cookouts, delighting in the laughter and joy that filled the air—his love for Rooster Chicken's famed wings being a special highlight. Moreover, he embraced the vibrant atmosphere of casinos, often sharing stories filled with laughter and lightheartedness.
Eleazar is survived by his dear wife of 32 years, Carmen G. Aponte Morales, whose partnership was built on love and mutual respect. He leaves behind his two treasured daughters, Cynthia Mireya Aponte and Jessica Marie Aponte, who carry forward his spirit and values. His mother, Ramona Villarreal Diaz, remains part of his legacy, along with his brother Abel Morales Villarreal and sisters Herminia Morales Villarreal and Felicitas Morales Villarreal, who will hold close their memories of him for years to come. He also cherished his grandchildren, including Elena Aponte, Ayanna Smith, Justin Smith, Imilliano Aponte, Carlito Aponte, Romeo Aponte, Yanelli Aponte, and great-grandson Mateo Aponte, all of whom were beacons of light in his life.
