Norvlen Antwon Royal

Norvlen Antwon Royal entered this life on September 15, 1986 to Angela Royal and Norvlen Woodson in Chicago, IL. He was the 3rd child of 6 children. Antwon accepted Christ at a young age and was a member at New Greater St. John M.B. Church in Chicago, IL under the leadership of Dr. Leroy Elliott Sr. There he was a member of the usher board and really enjoyed serving in the church.

As a young boy, he enjoyed reading high school and college books and learning about history. Antwon attended high school at Westinghouse Career Academy in Chicago, IL where he played on the baseball team. Upon relocating with family to Cincinnati,OH in 2004, Antwon attended and graduated from Aiken H.S.

In 2005, Antwon worked as a school bus monitor for First Student transportation for about 19 years, the only job he's ever had. He enjoyed talking and working with the kids on the buses. Antwon was a very passionate sports fan especially for all Chicago Sports and loved Pro Wrestling. He loved watching the Bulls, the Cubs, the Blackhawks, and especially Da Bears! The last big game he saw was The Bears playing and winning against the Green Bay Packers, a known rival for years.That to him was his Super Bowl win!

Antwon transitioned this life to the next on January 4, 2026 at UC hospital surrounded by family and friends that truly loved him. He is preceded in death by his father Norvlen Woodson. He leaves to cherish his mother Angela Royal, his two sisters: Alicia Royal-Thomas (Michael, his very dear brother-in-love) Denise Royal, three brothers: Antonio Royal (Yolanda) of Chicago, IL, Dennis Royal and Allen Royal Sr., his two heartbeats: niece Aaliyah Royal and nephew Allen "Aj" Royal Jr. He also leaves to cherish his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
